About

Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I'm Sarha, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions and relationships.

I operate as a single, independent practice, which means when you call or book you are connecting directly with me—not a large agency. My goal is to make therapy accessible and convenient through secure virtual appointments, allowing us to work together wherever you are most comfortable.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you see clients in person?

Currently, Orchard Hill Wellness is a 100% virtual practice. This allows me to serve clients across the state with greater flexibility for your schedule.

What platform do you use for video sessions?

I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, Simple Practice, that ensures your confidentiality and privacy.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently accepting the following insurances:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Aetna
  • Cigna / Evernorth
Out-of-Network & Reimbursement

Using Your Out-of-Network Benefits.
If I do not accept your specific insurance plan, you may still be able to use your health insurance benefits. Many "PPO" or "POS" plans offer out-of-network coverage, where you pay for the session upfront and your insurance company reimburses you for a portion of the cost later.

What is a Superbill?
I can provide you with a monthly document called a Superbill. This is a specialized medical receipt that contains all the necessary information (diagnosis codes, CPT codes, and provider NPI) for you to submit a claim to your insurance company.

Important Note: Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan. I recommend verifying your benefits before our first session to avoid unexpected costs.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a late fee.

Can we be friends on social media?

To protect your confidentiality and our professional relationship, I do not accept friend requests from current or former clients on any social networking sites.
